Compromiso con la carrera docente, frustración de las necesidades psicológicas y resiliencia personal del futuro profesorado de Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta se genera por la relación con el alumnado durante los años que el doctorando lleva impartiendo docencia a dichos estudiantes y el conocimiento de sus inquietudes. El objetivo de esta Tesis Doctoral es conocer el compromiso que tiene con sus estudios el alumnado de magisterio de la especialidad de Educación Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria, así como su relación con las necesidades observadas a nivel psicológico, de frustración o de resiliencia.

The work that is presented is generated by the relationship with the students during the years that the doctoral student has been teaching said students and the knowledge of their concerns. The objective of this Doctoral Thesis is to know the commitment that teaching students of the specialty of Primary Education have with their studies, as well as their relationship with the needs observed at a psychological, frustration or resilience level.
