La muerte como límite antropológico. El problema del sentido de la existencia humana

Abstract

La muerte es el gran proyecto y el fin totalizador. En la muerte acaba la conciencia del hombre, diluyéndose en lo desconocido. La muerte es en parte metafísica, pero también es acontecimiento, aleatoriedad, focalización, accidente, la muerte es hegeliana, pero también es nietzscheana; es dialéctica y eterno retorno de lo mismo al mismo tiempo. Es el punto cero de nuestro mundo, es el momento que no podemos aprehender. La muerte es el infinito horizonte que se nos escapa a cada instante, desorden y orden sintetizados, fragmento dislocado que se diluye en la historia, en la vida, en nuestro ser.

Death is the great project, the final ending. Death ends the consciousness of man, fading into the unknown. Death is, in part, metaphysics, but also an event, randomness, focus, accident. Death is Hegelian, but also Nietzschean; it is dialectical and eternal return at the same time. It is the zero point of our world, time that we cannot grasp. Death is the infinite horizon that escapes us at every moment, order and disorder synthesised, dislocated fragment diluted in history, in life, in our being.
