dc.description.abstractThis article is a review of research on teachers' theories and beliefs in the last years. It has two sections. The first section examines the evolution of the line of research on teachers' theories and beliefs, and emphasizes the importance of TEACHER KNOWLEDGE as a principal area of research. The second section presents a review of literature about the basic concepts on the approach about «Teachers' Professional Knowledge». Finally, it is described and justified the «teacher's personal knowledge scheme».es_ES
