El posgrado universitario como formación inicial del profesorado. El caso de la especialidad de Educación Física de la Universidad de Granada.

Abstract

La formación del profesorado de Educación Secundaria es una cuestión fundamental para el desarrollo educativo, social, económico y cultural de un país. Por este motivo resulta fundamentan indagar en los planes de estudios y estructuras del Máster de Secundaria, así como hacer una revisión de las metodologías más efectivas y los aspectos más importantes a tener en cuenta para la calidad de esta formación basándonos, en este caso, en la especialidad de Educación Física. Conocer las actuaciones más exitosas en esta materia puede servir para guiar a los docentes del Máster de Secundaria en su labor educativa para hacerla más eficaz y por tanto útil.

The training of Secondary Education teachers is a fundamental issue for the educational, social, economic and cultural development of a country. For this reason, it is essential to investigate the curricula and structures of the Master's Degree in Secondary Education, as well as to review the most effective methodologies and the most important aspects to be taken into account for the quality of this training, based, in this case, on the speciality of Physical Education. Knowing the most successful actions in this area can serve to guide the teachers of the Master of Secondary Education in their educational work to make it more effective and therefore useful.
