La religión confesional en la escuela pública española

Abstract

Con el presente trabajo queremos poner de manifiesto el problema de la religión confesional en la escuela, los motivos del problema, y la evolución que ha tenido la asignatura de religión (y/o alternativa) a lo largo de las distintas leyes educativas. Hemos realizado, por tanto, en lo que afecta a la asignatura de religión, un recorrido histórico de las leyes educativas. También hemos hecho referencia al profesorado de esta materia, y hemos llevado a cabo un análisis de la relación entre el Estado y el resto de religiones que conviven, oficialmente, en nuestro país, viendo como se lleva a cabo el desarrollo (o no) de la asignatura en los centros educativos. Finalmente proponemos una posible solución al problema que nos ocupa, independiente a las políticas educativas de los gobiernos centrales o autonómicos.

With this work we want to highlight the problem of confessional religion in school, the reasons for the problem, and the evolution of the subject of religion (and / or alternative) throughout the different educational laws. We have done, therefore, in what affects the subject of religion, a historical tour of educational laws. We have also made reference to the teachers of this subject, and we have carried out an analysis of the relationship between the State and the rest of religions that coexist, officially, in our country, seeing how the development (or not) of the subject in educational centers.Finally, we propose a possible solution to the problem that concerns us, independent of the educational policies of central or autonomous governments.
