Fiscalidad y rentas en los señoríos andaluces. Bornos bajo el gobierno del I marqués de Tarifa

Abstract

El objeto de este trabajo es el estudio de la fiscalidad señorial de la villa de Bornos a inicios del siglo XVI. Por esta razón, analizaremos las distintas rentas que percibía el señor, las características de las mismas, así como los métodos de recaudación y gestión de su hacienda en la villa de Bornos. Del mismo modo, centraremos nuestra atención en los conflictos que entre la villa y su señor se producirán en torno a una serie de derechos y tributos exigidos por el señor.

The object of this work is the study of the lordly tax system in the town of Bornos at the beginning of the 16th century. For this reason, we are going to analyze the different taxes that were collected by the lord in his town, the characteristics of such taxes, as well as the mechanisms of collection and management of his taxes and property. In the same way, we are going to focus our attention in the conflicts that took place between the town and the lord abouta number ofduties and taxes that were demanded by him.
