Are we witnessing a scientific revolution in the field of academia through citizen participation in the research process? What does it mean to make Raw Data and scientific publications available in open access? Experts and society increasingly consolidate the Historical Memory in a citizen participation area where scientific work is co-made: what is known as co-creation. Currently there are research projects that are born directly from a social need to recover historical memory and they do it from Digital Humanities and Digital History field. Web 2.0 becomes the most widely used tool, whether it is the websites of the projects, as well as the social networks linked to it: Facebook and Twitter, mainly. We are in an era where society wants and needs to access the results of research and unpublished data. In this way, the European Union demands excellence research, financed with European funds, to be inserted in the path of Open Data and Open Access. Within the stream of Historical Memory there are projects that are based on this opening system. In this way it will analyse the case of the e-xiliad@s e-project destined to the collect unpublished data of the Spanish republican exile, anonymous, at international level based on the concept of Social platform and co-creation.en
