Estudio sobre la equinoterapia y su aplicación en personas con diversidad funcional: Perfiles del terapeuta y actitudes ante los usuarios

Abstract

Este trabajo se centrará en una investigación sobre la equinoterapia y la manera en que ésta afecta a las personas con discapacidad o que presentan algún tipo de necesidad. Consta de un marco teórico, en el que se hace un recorrido sobre la diversidad funcional, y sobre cómo la legislación ha abordado el tema de la discapacidad y las necesidades de estas personas; pasando a analizar la actitud que presenta el profesorado hacia estas personas. Seguidamente se hablará sobre terapias alternativas, viendo los diferentes tipos que existen y centrándose en la equinoterapia, que es el foco central de esta investigación. Después de la revisión de la literatura, se procederá a realizar análisis sobre la manera en la que los terapeutas trabajan con los diferentes colectivos que existen dentro de la diversidad funcional, la actitud y predisposición que presentan ante estos, y su perfil formativo. Finalmente, se expondrán las conclusiones a las que se ha llegado a través de este trabajo, enumerando, además, las posibles limitaciones y las propuestas de futuro en relación al trabajo a través de los equinos.

This work will focus on research on equine therapy and how this affects people with disabilities or who have some kind of need. It has a theoretical framework in which we talk about functional diversity, seeing, as well as legislation has addressed the issue of disability and the needs of these people. Then we will talk about the attitude presents teachers to persons with disabilities or some kind of need. Then we will talk about alternative therapies, seeing the different types that exist and focusing on equine therapy, which is the central focus of this research. Once covered the theoretical part, be seen, in a practical way, the way in which therapists work with the various groups that exist within the functional diversity and attitude and willingness to appear before them. Finally, we will discuss the conclusions that have been reached through this work, also listing the limitations and possible future proposals in relation to work through horses.
