This research study aims to determine the relationship between creativity, attention, academic performance and group interaction in a group of students in eleventh grade, at a District Education Center, and establish an intervention program for strengthening the teaching process based on the above variables and the relationship between them, taking as reference the characteristics of the sample. The sample consisted of 32 students (17 girls and 15 boys), with an average age between 16 and 17 years old (mean 16.5 and standard deviation 0.56). The instruments used to evaluate each of the variables in order were: for creativity the CREA test (Corbalan, Martinez and Donolo, 2015) was taken as a reference; in the case of Attention, Parts A and B of the Trail Making test (TMT) (Charles and Golden) were used; regarding interaction with the group, the Test to Improve Teaching (Barrido Gallego and Barrado Garcia, 1999) was applied; and for academic performance assessments made by the teacher were taken as a reference. To calculate the average, the standard deviation, minimum and maximum values of the variables, descriptive statistics for each variable were analyzed and to understand the relationships between them, Pearson’s correlations was used. The results showed that these correlations between variables were not significant and that there was no relationship between them, so the null hypothesis is accepted. Therefore the proposal of neuropsychological intervention was initiated, working with independent activities for each variable, for four months, in order to strengthen the levels of creativity, attention, group interaction and about the content taught in class and that affects academic performance.en_EN
