Abstract
El libro analiza los principales elementos del régimen jurídico de las operaciones internacionales de joint venture, pasando revista al régimen contractual y societario dual que merecen estas operaciones, así como a los principales condicionantes y problemas que presentan esta clase de estructuraciones de cooperación entre empresas.
 
The book analyzes the main elements of the legal regime of international joint venture operations, reviewing the dual contractual and corporate regime deserve these operations, as well as the main constraints and problems presented by this kind of structuring business cooperation.
