Abstract
We designed a study aimed to evaluate the genotypic distribution of 22 SNPs in SRD5A1 and SRD5A2 in a set of Spanish prostate cancer patients, to determine the homogeneity of the population and to disclose potential bias associated with the failure of 5α-RI when prescribed.
