El futuro docente ante las competencias en el uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación para enseñar

Abstract

Este artículo investiga las percepciones de los futuros docentes sobre las competencias digitales necesarias para el ejercicio de su profesión. Proporciona información —analizada cuantitativa y cualitativamente— sobre competencias docentes adquiridas y no adquiridas, examinando también la evolución de sus percepciones así como con sus reflexiones sobre dónde y cómo obtenerlas. Los futuros docentes se sienten preparados y tienen una visión positiva sobre su utilización pero necesitan formación adicional en TIC para su futuro desempeño profesional.

This paper explores the thougths of future teachers about the digital competences needed to be a good teacher. We provide information - quantitatively and quantitatively analyzed – about teaching competences both acquired. We analyze the evolution of these thougths and the students’ believes about where and how teaching competences must be acquired. They think they are prepared for ICT use. However, they admit that they need additional training on ICT fot their professional future.
