La nueva ortografía y la ortografía técnica

Abstract

Con una perspectiva histórica y un planteamiento didáctico se recorre brevemente el problema de la fijación escrita de la lengua española, se analiza básicamente el contenido de la Ortografía académica del año 1999, con especial atención al problema de la acentuación o el uso de signos de puntuación, y se esbozan las cuestiones básicas de la ortografía técnica, incluyendo el problema de las nuevas tecnologías o la cita de fuentes de Internet. Por último, se ofrece un panorama biblio¬gráfico fundamental en el acercamiento a estas cuestiones.

The problem of the settling of the writing rules of Spanish language is outlined from a historical view and a didactical approach, the contents of the academic Ortografía of 1999 are analyzed, with a special focus on the use of punctuation and accentuation marks, and the basic questions concerning technical orthography are sketched, including the problems of the new Information Technology or quotations from Internet sources. Finally, an essential bibliography on these issues is given.
