En un articulo anterior, publicado en el número 11 de esta Revista, analicé la repercusión que tuvieron en Granada los impuestos utilizados por el gobierno central para, entre otras cosas, afrontar ios gastos estatales de la Guerra de Sucesión (*).
Voy a centrarme ahora en los tributos municipales que financiaron la aportación militar granadina a la causa borbónica.
Ahondando en este aspecto, se pueden reconstruir, muy aproximadamente, las aportaciones de Granada a lo largo de la contienda.
Las levas y el material bélico que suministró Granada a Felipe V se amortizó con las imposiciones locales. En la economia municipal granadina durante la Guerra de Sucesión podemos distinguir tres aspectos:
1.°) Los arbitrios y su arrendamiento.
2.°) Los préstamos.
3.°) Las ingerencias del gobierno central.
