El criterio de los juristas malikíes sobre ciertas prácticas rituales en el ribt Al-Andalus y Norte de África

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende mostrar las opiniones de varios juristas malikíes de al-Andalus y Norte de África sobre ciertas prácticas rituales realizadas en el ribt por los murabitun y otras personas de su entorno. Las fuentes consultadas ponen de manifiesto la naturaleza de tales prácticas y el rechazo mostrado por los juristas y ulemas hacia algunas de ellas.

Offers the opinions of several maliki jurists in al-Andalus and in the North of Africa about some rituals as practiced by the murabitun and other people from their surroundings in the ribat. Sources used uncover the nature of such ritual as well as the rejection of some of them by the jurists and the ‘ulama’.
