Analiza las ventajas e inconvenientes que representa la distribución del profesorado por grados o cursos, por materias o áreas, la especialización en un grupo de alumnos o las alternativas mixtas. Especial mención merece el trabajo colaborativo en departamentos y equipos educativos.es_ES

It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of distributing the teachers by grades or courses, subjects or areas, the specialization in a group of students or the mixed alternatives.
