Abstract

Casa en el monte es una vivienda proyectada y dirigida por Rafael de Lacour caracterizada por la inserción de arquitectura contemporánea en el paisaje, por la resolución del programa habitacional mediante estrategias bioclimáticas y por la utilización de materiales para lograr una alta eficiencia energética y ambiental. La vivienda se integra en un fuerte desnivel, manteniendo el terreno en su estado natural y logra ocultarse entre los pinos, generando un microclima, sin renunciar a las vistas sobre la Bahía. Mediante su adecuada orientación, optimiza las condiciones de soleamiento, luminosidad y ventilación, incluido un pozo canadiense, para alcanzar una situación de confort térmico. El uso armonizado de hormigón, acero y vidrio permite combinar los aspectos sostenibles con una respuesta sensible con el entorno.

Casa en el Monte is a house designed and directed by Rafael de Lacour, characterized by the integration of contemporary architecture into the landscape, the resolution of the living program through bioclimatic strategies, and the use of materials to achieve high energy and environmental efficiency. The house is integrated into a steep slope, preserving the natural terrain and nestling among the pine trees, creating a microclimate without sacrificing views of the bay. Its careful orientation optimizes sunlight, natural light, and ventilation, including a Canadian well, to achieve thermal comfort. The harmonious use of concrete, steel, and glass allows for a combination of sustainable aspects with a sensitive response to the environment.
