Hacia una justicia digital europea centrada en el ser humano, garante de derechos y sostenible

Abstract

Europa lleva décadas impulsando la digitalización de la Justicia. Su meta es alcanzar una justicia digital más sostenible, que respete los derechos humanos y esté centrada en las personas. De hecho, estos son los pilares en los que la Estrategia Europea de Justicia en Red 2024-2028 se basa, cuyo propósito es servir como guía para la transformación digital de la justicia, tanto civil como penal, en toda la Unión Europea. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar y evaluar los principios y objetivos que deberán orientar el futuro de la Justicia digital en Europa.

Europe has been promoting the digitisation of justice for decades. The aim is to achieve a more sustainable, human rights-compliant and people-centred digital justice. Indeed, these are the pillars on which the European e-Justice Strategy 2024-2028 is based, which is intended to serve as a roadmap for the digital transformation of justice, both civil and criminal, across the European Union.
