Since 1984, unemployment has been perceived as the primary problem in Spanish society, according to the Center for Sociological Research (CIS). This phenomenon is characterized by high levels of joblessness and extreme labor precariousness, which hinders individuals from achieving economic emancipation and planning vital life milestones like starting a family. The text defines work not just as a source of income, but as a fundamental tool for social integration. Consequently, unemployment is directly linked to social exclusion. The authors highlight that the current socio-economic context, heavily influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic and global economic dependence, has forced the Spanish state to adopt an intervention pattern focused on job creation, improving job quality, and managing the unemployed.es_ES
