Modelos pedagógicos empleados por los docentes universitarios

Abstract

This paper is a systematic review using PRISMA of the current state of teaching models used by university teachers. The articles were obtained from the WOS, SCOPUS, ERIC and Dialnet databases, identifying 36 articles. The results show that teachers do not use a single model, but employ variations between traditional and constructivist models. Furthermore, the need to address the teaching of soft skills and the limitations of the classroom are highlighted. The conclusions and discussion reflect that both models are valid as long as the teacher's technique is good.

El presente trabajo constituye una revisión sistemática, con protocolo PRISMA, del estado actual de los modelos pedagógicos empleados por los docentes universitarios. Los artículos se obtuvieron a partir de las bases de datos de WOS, SCOPUS, ERIC y Dialnet, identificando 36 artículos. Los resultados muestran que los docentes no utilizan un único modelo, sino que emplean variaciones entre los modelos tradicionales y constructivistas. Además, se destaca la necesidad de abordar la enseñanza de habilidades blandas y las limitaciones del aula física. Las conclusiones y discusión reflejan que los dos modelos son válidos siempre que la técnica del docente sea buena.
