El Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social a través de obras literarias: la aplicación de un interesante método de innovación docente en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje del alumnado

Abstract

En esta investigación docente se pretende impartir parte de la asignatura de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social a través de un método referente de innovación y buena práctica docente: la literatura. Si el Derecho se localiza en todo y la literatura viene a reflejar múltiples facetas de la vida, es evidente que ambos elementos son convergentes de una u otra manera. Así es lo que ocurre con determinadas obras literarias y el Derecho. En efecto, hay literatura sobre el Derecho; pero también hay Derecho sobre la literatura. Por ello, pretendemos explicar parte del contenido de esta asignatura a través de un método docente y revolucionario que está teniendo gran repercusión y cabida en nuestro alumnado, habiéndose aceptado este método con gran entusiasmo: a través de un recorrido general de obras literarias de diversas épocas, estilos y temas diferentes, pero enfocadas y trasladadas a la perspectiva del Derecho Laboral.

This teaching research aims to teach part of the subject of Labour and Social Security Law through a method that is a benchmark of innovation and good teaching practice: literature. If Law is located in everything and literature reflects multiple facets of life, it is evident that both elements converge in one way or another. This is the case with certain literary works and law. Indeed, there is literature about law; but there is also law about literature. For this reason, we intend to explain part of the content of this subject by means of a revolutionary teaching method that is having great repercussion and acceptance among our students, and which has been accepted with great enthusiasm: through a general overview of literary works from different periods, styles and themes, but focused on and transferred to the perspective of Labour Law.
