El juicio verbal ordinario en la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil de 1881 (1881-2000)

Abstract

Este artículo ofrece una visión diacrónica e histórico-crítica del juicio verbal ordinario en la LEC de 1881, analizando no solo las diversas instituciones que lo hacían posible y operativo, sino sobre todo la incidencia de las diversas reformas procesales que lo afectaron en el extenso periodo que media entre 1881 y 2000.

This paper offers a diachronic and historical-critical vision on the ordinary oral proceedings in the LEC of 1881, analyzing not only the diverse institutions that made it possible and operative, but also, primarily, the incidence of the various procedural reforms that have affected it along the extensive period that mediates between 1881 and 2000.
