La corrupción… c'est la vie: a propósito de La última fiesta de Ángeles Salvador

Abstract

El presente artículo pretende discutir los análisis en torno a la corrupción que se centran únicamente en su condena y delación moral. En este contexto, actuales pensadores encuentran ineficaces e insuficientes los tratamientos ordinarios sobre la cuestión y abogan por pensar diferentemente la cuestión intentando comprender los mecanismos internos de la dinámica corrupta a fin de recrear un ethos ciudadano. Partiendo de esta perspectiva, el presente estudio analiza la novela La última fiesta de la escritora argentina Ángeles Salvador desde la propuesta de la filosofía moral de Gaspard Koenig y la historiografía de Frédéric Monier, para quienes, las luchas anticorrupción deben tomar en cuenta una verdad irrefutable: vida y corrupción son términos inseparables.

This article aims to discuss the analyzes surrounding corruption that focus solely on its condemnation and moral denunciation. In this context, current thinkers find ordinary treatments of the issue ineffective and insufficient and advocate going further and trying to understand the internal mechanisms of corrupt dynamics in order to recreate the citizen ethos. Starting from this perspective, this text analyzes the novel La última fiesta by the Argentine writer Ángeles Salvador from the proposal of the moral philosophy of Gaspard Koenig and the historiography of Frédéric Monier, for whom anti-corruption struggles must take into account an irrefutable truth: life and corruption are inseparable terms.
