Life and works examina de manera exhaustiva y documentada la relación entre la obra literaria de Gabo y el cine, partiendo de la propia afirmación del escritor de que esta relación fue tan intensa como inestable. Probablemente se pueda decir que este constituye el libro más completo sobre “el matrimonio” García Márquez-cine, puesto que analiza sistemáticamente esta relación, por un lado, atendiendo a la figura de Márquez como guionista y, por otro, a las numerosas adaptaciones cinematográficas de sus relatos o novelas. En esta reseña se confirma la originalidad del ensayo, así como su potencial para transformarse, sin duda alguna, en un libro de referencia.; Alessandro Rocco’s book Gabriel García Márquez and the cinema. Life and works examines exhaustively and in a well-informed way the relationship between Gabo’s literary work and the Cinema. The work is based on the writer’s own afirmation that this relationship was as intense as unestable. Probably we can say that this constitutes the most complete book on Gabriel García Márquez and Cinema “marriadge”, since it systemically analyzes this relationship, on the one hand, attending to the figure of Márquez as a screenwriter and, on the other, to the numerous cinematographic adaptations on this stories or novels. Se postula el poema como un punto de partida válido para empezar un cambio urgente en nuestro siglo, donde el hombre vive esclavo del tiempo de los negocios, sometido a una violencia neuronal sin precedentes.; Either writing or reading a poem is an act of resistance against the consumer society because these activities deal with instant and a vertical time. Furthermore, they confront us with a horizon where astonishment and gratitude fit. These are the principles of contemplative life and oppose to economic capital life. Desde esta óptica, la autoficción puede entenderse como un medio a través del que expresar la autoconciencia artística, al mismo tiempo que confía en lo literario como una manera de conocer el mundo y de ofrecer explicaciones –aunque personales y subjetivas– a los diversos procesos sociales y políticos que nos afectan. Partiendo de esta hipótesis, el presente artículo tiene como fin abordar esta dimensión crítica de la autoficción, conectándola con el llamado giro subjetivo, que afecta a buena parte de las producciones actuales y conduce a basar la transmisión del conocimiento histórico y la comprensión de lo social en una experiencia del individuo. Con ese objetivo, se abordarán los cruces e interferencias entre los discursos políticos y literarios a partir del análisis de Honrarás a tu padre y a tu madre (2018), la reciente novela de Cristina Fallarás, teniendo en cuenta la transnacionalización de determinados conceptos del ámbito de la represión y la violencia que originariamente provienen de otros contextos distintos del español. De este modo, nos interrogaremos sobre la pertinencia de los apelativos “narrativa de la posmemoria”, “literatura de los nietos” o “detenido-desaparecido” (que el sociólogo Gatti aplica al contexto argentino, pero que es posible extrapolar al caso español), como nociones susceptibles de explicar determinadas manifestaciones artísticas, como la que aquí nos ocupa.; In the time of crisis of the great narratives, literature continues to demand reconnection with the context as well as social intervention. From this point of view, autofiction can be understood as a means to express artistic self-consciousness that, at the same time, entrusts to literature the task of knowing the world and that offers (personal and subjective) explanations to the various social and political processes. Based on this hypothesis, this article aims to address this critical dimension of autofiction, connecting it with the so-called “subjective turn”. This turn affects a great number of current productions in which the transmission of historical knowledge and the understanding of the social is based on the individual’s experience. With this objective, we will study intersections and interferences between political and literary discourses through the analysis of Honrarás a tu padre y a tu madre (2018), the recent novel by Cristina Fallarás. We will take into account the transnationalization of certain concepts in the field of repression and violence that originally come from contexts other than Spanish. With support in the methodology of distant reading proposed by Franco Moretti and in theoretical reflections on the relationship between crisis and literature, the essay investigates the eventual consequence of the last global economic crisis in the reconfiguration of the literary field, in contrast to the situation during the first decade of the 21st century. For this, it has been useful the lists of some of the most conspicuous literary awards; dossiers and monographs published in three specialized Spanish magazines (Ínsula, Cuadernos Hispanoamericanos and Quimera) and in cultural supplements of three Spanish newspapers (El Cultural, de El Mundo; Babelia, de El País, and ABC Cultural); numerous declarations of agents involved in the Spanish-American peninsular field, as well as and the content of ten anthologies published in the period and catalogues of publishing house Literatura Random House in order to perceive the transatlantic implication of the phenomenon. https://hdl.handle.net/10481/60136
