<description>No more drama: Genres and subgenres of TV series
Rojas Lamorena, Álvaro José; Barrio García, Salvador Del; Alcántara Pilar, Juan Miguel
The undeniable development of the television series sector in recent years has resulted in viewers having access to a large amount of television content, thanks largely to the development of technologies such as the internet and the emergence of video on demand. Given the scarcity of academic works that categorise these television contents, this chapter comes to conceptually delimit the television drama genre, as well as its different sub-genres. With this, the authors seek to centralise in a single academic work the main characteristics of each dramatic sub-genre that causes a series to be ascribed to a certain category, serving as a guide for potential academic works related to this growing sector.

<title>The positive impact of transformational leadership on digital transformation and innovation in agri-food SMEs</title>

<description>The positive impact of transformational leadership on digital transformation and innovation in agri-food SMEs
Zhai, Yingnan; Salmador Sánchez, María Paz; García Morales, Víctor Jesús
This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership on organizational performance in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the context of Spain’s agri-food sector, an industry challenged by fragmentation, cultural resistance, and substantial resource limitations. Using survey data from 167 firms and applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the analysis identifies the mediating effects of digital transformation, digital competencies, innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship. Results show that transformational leadership directly enables digital transformation, develops digital competencies, and drives innovation; and that both digital transformation and digital competencies significantly enhance innovation, catalyzing corporate entrepreneurship and producing superior organizational performance. The study empirically validates the proposed integrative model, defining the pathways by which leadership generates competitive advantage. The research contributes by synthesizing these critical constructs and providing practical guidance for managers and policymakers to advance digitalization and entrepreneurial development in agri-food SMEs.

<title>The future of TV-shopping: predicting user purchase intention through an extended technology acceptance model</title>

<description>The future of TV-shopping: predicting user purchase intention through an extended technology acceptance model

The shoppable TV, which allows the purchase of products appearing in TV programmes directly, is a digital trend&#13;
that is not implemented in most markets, but companies such as Amazon and NBC Universal have proposed the&#13;
first sales systems. The aim of this research is to forecast the adoption intention of this technology by applying&#13;
the Technology Acceptance Model. Structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) has been applied to a sample of 283&#13;
participants. The results indicate that shopping enjoyment is particularly important in generating attitudes toward this type of consumption, and this increases the intention to use Shoppable TV.

<title>How does brand equity work? A review of theory and a research agenda</title>

<description>How does brand equity work? A review of theory and a research agenda
Barrio García, Salvador Del; Rodríguez López, María Eugenia; Rojas Lamorena, Álvaro José
This chapter addresses a topic that has attracted the attention of brand management researchers over the past few decades: brand equity. However, there are still important unanswered questions. After framing the importance of the topic within the general literature on brand management, two major prisms through which brand equity has been studied in the academic research are analyzed, namely the financial perspective vs. the customer perspective. Against this backdrop, the chapter centers on customer-based brand equity (CBBE) to explore the conceptual definition of the term, examining the seminal works of Aaker and Keller. It also addresses the measurement of CBBE, its component dimensions, and scholarly attempts to develop multidimensional and unidimensional measurement scales. Finally, taking a bibliometric approach, the published scientific output on brand equity is analyzed, tracing back to its emergence as a topic of interest; and, based on this analysis, suggestions are made regarding the need for research in the coming years.

<title>Measuring team resilience: Developing a resilience Index based on stressors in professional basketball</title>

<description>Measuring team resilience: Developing a resilience Index based on stressors in professional basketball
Salmerón Gómez, Román; Gómez Haro, Samuel
Resilience has emerged as a pivotal construct in understanding performance sustainability under pressure in professional&#13;
sport. This study introduces and validates the Team Resilience Index, a novel quantitative tool designed to assess the resilient behavior of professional basketball teams across an entire season, based on competition-derived stressors. Using public data from the Spanish ACB League, the Team Resilience Index was constructed by identifying and quantifying seven key&#13;
stressors from the literature, experienced by each team and analysing performance outcomes relative to those stressors.&#13;
Two versions of the index were tested and validated using correlations coefficients and multiple linear regressions. The&#13;
findings demonstrate that Team Resilience Index offers a reliable and interpretable measure of team resilience, correlating&#13;
strongly with end-of-season performance and influenced by external benchmarks. This research contributes a practical,&#13;
competition-based methodology to the resilience literature, providing coaches, analysts, and researchers with a robust&#13;
framework for monitoring team adaptation throughout professional sport seasons.
