The project includes an analysis of all the physical phenomena and components involved in the transmission of the signal from an spacecraft in Low Earth Orbit to the station located in the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Granada. El guión que sigue este documento es el recorrido temporal que se ha seguido para su desarrollo, empezando por adquirir los conocimientos necesarios en la materia del dispositivo. A continuación, y puesto que este documento está orientado a la elaboración de un producto, se establecen las especificaciones técnicas que deben cumplirse para su correcta implementación en dicho campo. Antes de partir de cero, se realiza un estudio de dispositivos de mercado que se encuentran en nuestro entorno cotidiano, de fácil acceso, tanto por su facilidad para disponer de ellos como por su precio y nos centramos en aquellos aspectos que pueden servir para nuestro propósito. The script that follows this document is the temporary route that has been followed for its development, beginning with acquiring the necessary knowledge in the matter of the device. Next, and since this document is oriented to the elaboration of a product, it establishes the technical specifications that must be fulfilled for its correct implementation in that field. Before starting from scratch, there is a study of market devices that are in our daily environment, easily accessible, both for their ease to dispose of them as well as for their price and we focus on those aspects that can serve our purpose. El trabajo se concentrará en el diseño de un escenario capaz de posicionarse sobre dichos dispositivos para aplicarle barridos de tensión y estudiar su comportamiento. El sistema incorporará un software específico para configurar el conexionado del sistema y lanzar el procedimiento de medida, controlando la instrumentación involucrada mediante bus GPIB. A su vez, el sistema permitirá representar gráficamente los datos medidos, así como guardarlos para poder ser cargados en otro momento.; This project will develop a RRAM devices characterization system. This work will be focused on the design of an stage capable of positioning over these devices while applying voltage sweeps on them in order to analyze their behavior. The system will also integrate a specific software to assist the setup procedure as well as for triggering the measurement, remotely controlling all the involved instrumentation through GPIB bus. In turn, the system will allow graphing the measured data, as well as save the data to be able to be loaded in another moment.
