<title>Medical Examination Before Marriage -A Comparative Study</title>
<link>https://hdl.handle.net/10481/104001</link>
<description>Medical Examination Before Marriage -A Comparative Study
Kacem, Fatma
The topic of medical examination before marriage is a contemporary issue that&#13;
emerged in the 1980s. Given the recent health and social challenges, along with&#13;
the significant advancements in the field of genomics, this topic has resurfaced&#13;
and has been adopted in many Arab countries as a prerequisite for marriage&#13;
contracts. There is a debate regarding its obligatory nature, with some viewing it&#13;
as a requirement and others as a preventive measure. Among scholars, opinions&#13;
vary, with some permitting it, others mandating it, and some opposing it. This&#13;
disagreement arises from the evidence presented by each side and the pros and&#13;
cons associated with these medical examinations. It should be noted that the&#13;
requirement for medical examination before marriage is not intended to impose&#13;
restrictions or hardships; rather, it aims to positively impact the preservation of&#13;
people’s interests at various levels. One of its primary objectives is the&#13;
protection of life and lineage, alongside the objective of preserving wealth.

<title>Unpacking the Benefits of the Blended Learning Approach Synergies in Augmenting Students’ Achievements</title>

<description>Unpacking the Benefits of the Blended Learning Approach Synergies in Augmenting Students’ Achievements
Boumaraf, Amel; Chalghoum, Naima
Blended learning, a pedagogical technique that combines traditional face-to-face interactions with dynamic&#13;
online components, is driving a dramatic transformative shift in the current modern educational system. This&#13;
current study is trying to shed light on some important concerns about the symbiotic link between these&#13;
modalities and their impact on student’s academic achievements. To gather comprehensive insights&#13;
concerning the issue, randomly selected (50) students of English across various academic years at Khenchela&#13;
University and (08) teachers from the same department were engaged in this study by utilizing a&#13;
questionnaire-based approach administration for both of them. A thorough examination of our respondents’&#13;
responses reveals that the combination of traditional teaching methods and digital online resources offers a&#13;
dynamic and engaging learning environment that promotes achievement levels. The results also emphasize&#13;
the profound implications of blended learning highlighting its role in increasing student engagement and&#13;
motivation, establishing good time management, and nurturing a thorough comprehensive understanding of&#13;
course materials as well as highlighting the potential of blended learning as a catalyst for increased&#13;
achievement, opening the path for comprehensive and fruitful learning experiences.

<title>Intertextuality Theory Between the Quran and the Bible: A Study in Quranic Models</title>
<link>https://hdl.handle.net/10481/103999</link>
<description>Intertextuality Theory Between the Quran and the Bible: A Study in Quranic Models
Belkhir, Mourad; Belkhatir, Ibrahim
The theory of intertextuality is one of the modern theories in the study and&#13;
analysis of literary texts. Its fundamental idea is that every text hides behind it&#13;
previous texts that contributed to its formation. Therefore, research in this theory&#13;
is based on the principle of comparing texts to discover aspects of agreement,&#13;
influence, and impact. Applying this theory to religious texts has been a distant&#13;
goal for Western and Arab researchers, but it faces many methodological&#13;
obstacles, especially concerning the Qur’an. The comparative research in the&#13;
theory of intertextuality between the Qur’an and the Bible has revealed&#13;
methodological and thematic paradoxes when applied to the contents and&#13;
narratives.

<title>The methodology of Surah Yusuf in resisting temptations and maintaining integrity</title>
<link>https://hdl.handle.net/10481/103998</link>
<description>The methodology of Surah Yusuf in resisting temptations and maintaining integrity
Mustapha, Mediani
Abstinence and chastity are noble virtues that elevate the human soul to the esteemed status that God&#13;
has granted it. The teachings of the Holy Quran advocate the embodiment of this noble character.&#13;
Among the Qur’anic examples of chastity in its highest and most beautiful forms is the story of&#13;
Joseph (peace be upon him) during his second trial with the wife of the nobleman. This story outlines&#13;
for the believer the milestones that lead to a good life in this world, eternal happiness in the&#13;
Hereafter, purity for families, and integrity for society.

<title>Environmental Partnership</title>
<link>https://hdl.handle.net/10481/103997</link>
<description>Environmental Partnership
Merzaka, Zitouni
A leading and effective environmental partnership can only be achieved if the public enjoys the&#13;
right to information and awareness, allowing them to understand the environmental situation and&#13;
any new developments. This knowledge is essential to take the necessary actions to protect&#13;
against potential threats. Environmental partnership requires the diversification of rights in&#13;
different environmental areas, including chemicals and the ozone layer. However, this right often&#13;
encounters obstacles when administrations refuse to provide citizens with environmental&#13;
information under the pretext of professional secrecy, which they use as an excuse to monopolize&#13;
decision-making in environmental matters. In addition, citizens may refrain from seeking&#13;
environmental information due to a lack of awareness of these issues or the barriers that impede&#13;
access to environmental information.
