The Essence of Existence and Peace: Emir Abdelkader's Journey in Manifesting the Human Condition
Baghdoud, Meriem
Emir Abdelkader’s persona exudes a sublime humanitarian spirit that transcends narrow
allegiances. He regarded all people as servants of God, whether they were his subjects or even the
French colonizers. He recognized that the French did not come to Algeria as refugees in need of aid,
but as invaders seeking to seize power; thus, his struggle was not driven by enmity, but rather by the
futility of extending benevolence under such circumstances.
Rejecting all forms of violence and bloodshed, he resorted to military action only after repeated
peaceful endeavors had failed. His confrontation with the French was not an end in itself, but a means
to achieve lasting peace.
His noble ethics shone through in his treatment of prisoners. Rather than viewing them as defeated
foes, he treated them as honored guests deserving of respect and care—even going so far as to
summon a Christian priest to offer prayers for his Christian captives. This gesture embodied his broad
religious and humanitarian vision.
Emir Abdelkader embraced dialogue with those of differing faiths, firmly believing that the
divinely revealed religions originate from the same source, sharing common foundations while
differing only in their outward expressions. Despite enduring personal suffering and exile, he
harbored no malice toward Christians; indeed, he defended their rights and protected them, as
evidenced by his advocacy on behalf of the persecuted Christians of Damascus.
Through such exalted conduct, his legacy ascends to the realm of the highest moral virtues,
standing as a timeless symbol of peace and justice.

Samak, Priya; Bhurke, Vrushali
Over the last ten years, the Indian education system has witnessed a profound transformation,
evolving from traditional, classroom-based instruction to a dynamic, technology-driven
learning paradigm. This paper examines the shift from conventional pedagogical approaches
characterized by rote memorization, standardized curricula, and in-person teaching, towards an
innovative framework that integrates digital platforms, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and
advanced learning technologies. These cutting-edge advancements have revolutionized the
educational landscape, fostering an interactive, personalized, and inclusive learning
experience. This paradigm shift not only enhances student engagement but also ensures greater
accessibility and adaptability, redefining the educational methodologies of the past.
The paper investigates how the proliferation of digital platforms and AI technologies is
reshaping instructional approaches, facilitating self-directed learning, offering real-time
feedback, and providing adaptive learning paths designed to meet the unique needs of
individual students. Essential tools such as digital classrooms, educational management
platforms, and AI-driven content customization play an important role in improving
instructional delivery and streamlining academic operations. Furthermore, the implementation
of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has significantly accelerated these shifts,
emphasizing inclusivity, flexibility, and interdisciplinarity in education. The policy's emphasis
on a diverse curriculum and the integration of technology has broadened learning opportunities
and enhanced skill development across various fields. This shift has significantly impacted the
education sector, leading to higher enrollment rates, the rapid expansion of online learning, and
substantial growth in the EdTech industry. The paper concludes by assessing the long-term Journal for Educators, Teachers and Trainers JETT, Vol.16(4); ISSN:1989-9572 212
impact of these advancements on India’s education system, its future growth potential, and the
increasing financial prospects within the sector.

Exploring the role of middle leaders in supporting mathematically gifted students
Kalobo, Lukanda
This research explores the role of middle leaders in supporting mathematically gifted
students. While much of the literature on gifted education emphasizes academic
outcomes, this study shifts the focus to the perceptions of middle leaders in fostering
an inclusive and supportive environment that nurtures mathematically gifted students.
Drawing on data from 34 middle leaders in a district of Free State Province, South
Africa, the study uses semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed through
thematic analysis, and the findings are framed within the Distributed Leadership
Theory (DLT), which sees leadership as shared across roles, leveraging collective
expertise in decision-making and problem-solving.
The study reveals that middle leaders recognize the importance of providing an
environment where gifted students are neither isolated nor disengaged. They highlight
the need for clear communication of desired learning outcomes, as well as for giving
students agency over their educational journey. These leadership practices align with
the broader aim of creating a more equitable and transformative educational
experience for gifted students. The insights provided by middle leaders in this study contribute valuable evidence to the literature on leadership in education, offering
practical recommendations for improving support for mathematically gifted students
and empowering them to drive meaningful change in society.

The Reception of Structuralist Criticism in Arab Critical Practice
Nedjar, Fawzi
Literary criticism is a prominent aspect of literature, particularly in the modern era, where
critics have focused on uncovering the meanings and components of various literary texts,
as well as the connotations and implications they carry. This endeavor has been supported
by a range of contemporary Western critical methodologies and practices that primarily
emphasize the internal critique of the text. These methodologies may converge, overlap,
and occasionally differ in their approaches and techniques. This research paper aims to
examine the transformations experienced by criticism in general and structural criticism in
particular within the Arab world, along with the resulting cognitive issues. It seeks to
portray the critical landscape through the perspectives of pioneers and notable figures such
as Salah Fadl, Zakaria Ibrahim, Abdel Salam Al-Masdi, Abdullah Al-Ghathami, and
Yumna Al-Aid, among others. More specifically, it focuses on the critical movement and
its procedural and terminological mechanisms among some key figures in Arab literary
criticism. Additionally, it aims to enable researchers and scholars to grasp certain concepts
within the context of modern and contemporary critical methodologies, while also tracking
the differences present in the dynamics of influence and reciprocity with others. As a
result, structuralism has occupied a significant critical space in the Arab context,
particularly concerning literature and its various fields of knowledge. Today, researchers
and scholars encounter important theoretical and practical issues raised by structural
criticism that continue to resonate. Furthermore, contemporary Arab critical discourse is
characterized by plurality and divergence, rather than being a singular narrative. This
multiplicity has led to different approaches in understanding and interpreting structuralism
within literary texts.

The study aims to know the role played by the use of modern technological applications in
evaluating the physical performance of footballers during the sports season, with the aim of
improving the physical aspect of footballers from the point of view of physical trainers.
The study was conducted on a random sample of 24 physical trainers active with the clubs of
the first professional league. We used the descriptive analytical approach, and we relied on the
questionnaire to collect data. The results showed a positive role for the use of modern technological
applications in evaluating physical performance during the 2024-2025 sports season for footballers.
The study suggested encouraging physical trainers to use modern smart technological
applications in the physical preparation of footballers, with the need for continuous training on how
to work with them in the field to obtain accurate data on the physical condition of players.
