The statistical design of experiments together with the Bath–Substrate–Flow method for evaluating detergency enabled us to develop detergent formulas for hard surfaces. The effectiveness of the detergent depends on the total concentration of the components in the washing bath and on the calcic hardness tested, which determines the optimal proportion of the components of the detergent.}, organization = {Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología supported projects 1FD97-0931 and PB1988-1293}, organization = {Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional awarded study grants to D.A.-V.}, publisher = {Springer Nature}, title = {Application of the statistical design of experiments and the Bath–Substrate–Flow method in formulating detergents for hard surfaces}, doi = {10.1007/b97105}, author = {Jurado Alameda, Encarnación and Bravo Rodríguez, Vicente and Bailón Moreno, Rafael and Núñez Olea, Josefa and Altmajer Vaz, Deisi and García Román, Miguel and Fernández Arteaga, Alejandro}, }
