abstract = {En el presente trabajo se analizan las políticas activas para la integración sociolaboral que están actualmente a disposición de las personas emigrantes andaluzas que quieren volver y las que ya han retornado, desde un enfoque autonómico, centrando la atención en la Comunidad Autónomo de Andalucía. A tal fin, en primer lugar, se identifican las principales necesidades y barreras de retorno de emigrantes andaluces desde la perspectiva social y laboral. En segundo lugar, se examinan –desde la perspectiva de su eficacia-, las medidas adoptadas dirigidas a emigrantes españoles que en su momento decidieron emigran con el objeto de encontrar la oportunidad laboral que no tuvieron dentro de nuestras fronteras. En último lugar, se analizan las políticas activas adoptadas por la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía para la integración sociolaboral de los emigrantes andaluces retornados. Se cierra este capítulo con un bloque de conclusiones aportando diferentes propuestas de mejora dirigidas a promover la aprobación de medidas concretas orientadas al fin anunciado, atenuar la vulnerabilidad del emigrante retornado y conseguir su plena integración.
	El resultado permitirá valorar si las políticas activas de retorno juegan un papel importante en la decisión migratoria de los trabajadores españoles en el exterior, favoreciendo y promoviendo su retorno, o si, por el contrario, están políticas llegan tarde, resultando más ventajoso continuar en el país de acogida.},
abstract = {This paper analyses the active policies for socio-occupational integration currently available to Andalusian emigrants who wish to return and those who have already returned, from an autonomous approach, focusing on the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. To this end, firstly, the main needs and barriers to the return of Andalusian emigrants are identified from a social and employment perspective. Secondly, it examines - from the perspective of their effectiveness - the measures adopted for Spanish emigrants who decided to emigrate in order to find the job opportunities they did not have within our borders. Lastly, the active policies adopted by the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the socio-occupational integration of returned Andalusian emigrants are analysed. This chapter closes with a set of conclusions, providing different proposals for improvement aimed at promoting the approval of specific measures oriented towards the announced goal of mitigating the vulnerability of returned emigrants and achieving their full integration.
	The result will make it possible to assess whether active return policies play an important role in the migratory decision of Spanish workers abroad, favouring and promoting their return, or whether, on the contrary, these policies come too late, and it is more advantageous to continue in the host country.
