abstract = {El Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, SoTL, se centra en la investigación educativa con componentes que incluyen la reflexión, investigación basada en evidencia, difusión de resultados y mejora continua. En cuanto al ciclo 4D de Investigación Apreciativa, se destaca por sus fases de descubrir, soñar, diseñar y destinar acciones positivas para generar cambios constructivos en contextos educativos. Por otro lado, el ciclo de aprendizaje activo promueve la participación activa de los estudiantes a través de actividades colaborativas y prácticas que fomentan un aprendizaje significativo. La espiral de la investigación-acción sigue un proceso cíclico de investigación, acción, reflexión y ajuste para mejorar continuamente. Además, figuras como Bernard Weiner, Howard Gardner y David McClelland han contribuido significativamente al campo de la psicología y la educación con teorías sobre atribución, inteligencias múltiples y motivación, respectivamente. Regarding the 4D cycle of Appreciative Inquiry, it stands out for its phases of discovering, dreaming, designing and allocating positive actions to generate constructive changes in educational contexts. On the other hand, the active learning cycle promotes the active participation of students through collaborative and practical activities that promote meaningful learning. The action research spiral follows a cyclical process of research, action, reflection and adjustment to continually improve. Additionally, figures such as Bernard Weiner, Howard Gardner, and David McClelland have contributed significantly to the field of psychology and education with theories on attribution, multiple intelligences, and motivation, respectively.
