abstract = {Una de las medidas estrella que se han aprobado, en 2020, por el novísimo gobierno de coalición consiste en la de subida del Salario Mínimo Interprofesional a 950 euros. Se trata ésta de una decisión sujeta a una ardua polémica que, antes incluso de la aprobación del Real Decreto 231/2020, de 4 de febrero, por el que se fija el salario mínimo interprofesional para 2020, había sido puesta en duda. Así es, algunos estudiosos de la materia ya anunciaban cuáles podrían
ser las consecuencias, positivas y negativas, que esta subida del Salario Mínimo Interprofesional podría tener sobre aquellos colectivos más vulnerables. Ciertamente, las trabajadoras al servicio del hogar familiar han sido uno de los más afectadas por este acuerdo, ya que desgraciadamente hoy por hoy no se ha alterado la configuración de éstas como un sector propio del trabajo precario, irregular e invisible. La problemática que suscita esta situación hace plantear muchos interrogantes desde la misma noción de trabajo decente, de ahí que no se pueda adoptar una actitud pasiva e indiferente a la realidad que sufre este colectivo.},
abstract = {One of the flagship measures approved in 2020 by the new coalition government is to raise the minimum wage to EUR 950. This is a decision subject to intense controversy, since even before the adoption of the "Royal Decree 231/2020, of 4 February, setting the minimum wage for the interprofessional sector by 2020", some pessimistic announced what the consequences might be, positive and negative, that this rise of the SMI could have on those groups more vulnerable. It is true that workers in the service of the family home have been one of the most affected by this agreement, since unfortunately the configuration of the family home as a sector of precarious, irregular and invisible work has not been altered to this day. The problems raised by this situation raise doubts about the very notion of decent work, which is why we cannot adopt a passive and indifferent attitude to the reality of this group.},
