abstract = {Se estudia la acumulación subjetiva de acciones o litisconsorcio voluntario en el proceso de declaración, analizando los distintos momentos procesales en que acontece así como las finalidades que cumple además de sus distintos presupuestos procedimentales y procesales. En especial se examinan estos últimos para determinar qué tipo de conexión se exige entre las acciones acumuladas y cuál es la interpretación que hace de ellos la jurisprudencia. Por último se aborda el tratamiento procesal de esta institución.},
abstract = {This paper examines the consolidation of court actions or joint litigation in ordinary civil proceedings and considers when it happens and its specific aims as well as the procedural requirements in the Spanish Civil Procedural Law. The author focuses mainly on the links between the legal actions required for the joint litigation and how the Spanish case law has clarified those law requirements. Finally the procedural handling of these questions is analysed.},
