abstract = {Este capítulo pretende contribuir a la reflexión sobre la actualización del marco de derechos, obligaciones y garantías frente a las brechas digitales que ha de acompañar el paso a un nivel más avanzado de digitalización de la justicia que se está produciendo en la actualidad. En esta ocasión la atención se centra en tres ámbitos: el marco de las comunicaciones electrónicas judiciales, tanto para la práctica de notificaciones como para la presentación de escritos; el empleo de las videoconferencias; y la instauración de tribunales online, en la actualidad la punta de lanza de la digitalización de la justicia civil.},
abstract = {This chapter aims to contribute to the reflection on the updating of the framework of rights, obligations and guarantees in the face of digital divides that must accompany the move to a more advanced level of digitisation of justice that is currently taking place. On this occasion, the focus is on three areas: the framework of electronic judicial communications, both for the practice of notifications and for the filing of pleadings; the use of videoconferencing; and the establishment of online courts, currently the spearhead of the digitisation of civil justice.},
