abstract = {En los años que corren parece que afloran en continuación nuevos artistas, y la
nomenclatura emergente la usamos en continuación. No sabemos detalles sobre
el origen del artista, edad o tipo de obra que realiza, pero sí que somos
conocedores de que está emergiendo. ¿De dónde, hacia dónde y con qué
intención? Y lo más importante, ¿durante cuánto tiempo? Desconocemos todas
estas respuestas, tal vez podemos intentar presagiar porqué lo hace y qué
intenciones tiene, pero para ello debemos saber dónde enmarcarlo dentro de la
sociedad y la escena artística. Es por eso por lo que utilizamos el adjetivo
emergente con un carácter connotativo que automáticamente sólo partiendo de
esa palabra conseguimos saber qué es nuevo. Lo nuevo puede ser utilizado
como un flotador, que permite al artista equivocarse o hacer obras que no tengan
que ver entre ellas, “porque está empezando, se está buscando”. Pero, ya que
tenemos claro cuándo empieza, durante esos años universitarios, o recién
finalizados, lo que no es tan evidente es su final. Podríamos aventurarnos con
que los 35 años es el momento en el que muchas convocatorias artísticas, e
incluso la sociedad, estipulan como límite para participar. Esta investigación
pretende, partiendo de observar el plan de estudios en las universidades,
encontrar soluciones para esas dudas que el neograduado tiene tras su
formación académica y reformular con los recursos existentes un abanico más
amplio de posibilidades de desarrollo para facilitar el paso al mundo laboral.
La creación de un manual de primeros auxilios para artistas y la gestación de
una asesoría para éstos en España, son dos de los resultados más tangibles de
este proceso de investigación. El cual se ha creado gracias a la aportación de
muchos trabajadores del mundo del arte y como no, artistas emergentes, que
han contribuido positivamente a compartir sus inquietudes.},
abstract = {Nowadays, it seems that there are continuously new artists, and the emerging
nomenclature is used incessantly. We do not have details about the origin of the
artists’ age, or the type of work they do, but we know that they are emerging.
Where they came from, where are they going, and with what intentions? And
most important, for how long is the artist considered emerging? We do not know
all these answers, maybe we can try to presage why they do it and what his
intentions are, but for that, we must know where to frame them within the society
and the artistic scene. That is why we use the emerging adjective, with a
connotative character that automatically as soon as we hear that word, we get to
know that it is something new. The emerging word could be used as a floater,
which allows the artist to make mistakes or do works that do not have relations
between them, "because they are beginning, they are still looking for their style".
However, even if we know when the emerging path begins, which is during the
years at the university, or as soon as the studies just finished. What is not so
evident is when is the end of this phase. We could venture those 35 years is the
time when many artistic calls, and even society, stipulate there is the limit. This
research intends, starting from observing the plans of studies at the universities,
to find solutions for those doubts that the neo-graduates have after their
academic training, and reformulate with the existing resources a broader range
of development possibilities to facilitate the passage to the world of labor.
The creation of a first aid manual for artists and the establishment of a
consultancy for them in Spain are two of the most tangible results of this research
process. This research has been created thanks to the contribution of many
workers of the art world and of course, emerging artists, who have contributed
positively by sharing their concerns.},
