NFD with enzyrne rnodification (ENDF). The values were 24.9%, 21.6% and 17.4% by lentils, kidney beans and chick peas respectively . The ADF results obtained by manual (9.83%) and automatic (Dosi-fiber instruments) (9.13%) procedure showed statistical difference (p<0.05).
