abstract = {Vermeer y Hopper son unos pintores que, desde los ojos del arquitecto, consiguieron
representar la luz otorgándole una dimensión esencial para construir los espacios domésticos,
que son los marcos de las historias que narran sus obras. Ambos pueden definirse como
admiradores de la belleza de la cotidianidad que sucede en el espacio doméstico,
trascendiendo a través de la sinceridad encerrada en lo esencial de la casa.
Del barroco Vermeer al contemporáneo Hopper, se pretende realizar un viaje por la
representación de la arquitectura doméstica usando la luz como hilo argumental y diluyendo los
límites entre las distintas disciplinas del arte. Los registros de la luz utiliza las herramientas de
la pintura para hablar desde la arquitectura del espacio doméstico como el cobijo del hombre y
su época, que refleja la belleza de lo cotidiano y que sirve como inspiración para la
sensibilidad.},

the light with a essential dimension to built domestic spaces, which are the frames of the stories
that are told by his pictures. Both can be defined as beauty of ordinariness admirers, which
takes place in the domestic space, trascending through honesty which are enclosed in the
house essentiality.
From the baroque painter Vermeer to the contemporary one Hopper, this research aims to
travel through the representation of domestic architecture using light as thematic thread and
blurring the limits between the different art disciplines. “Light registers” uses the painting tools to
consider the architecture of domestic spaces as the place that shelters the man and his time,
while at the same time, portraits the ordinariness beauty and works as a inspiration for sensivity.},
