abstract = {Telva –hasta la publicación de Dunia– es la única revista española dirigida por y para un público femenino. Otras destilaban un tono gris, mientras que Telva contaba con corresponsales en varias ciudades extranjeras que reportaban las últimas tendencias de la moda, belleza y estilo de vida. A imagen de la “prensa femenina” extranjera incluía contenidos dirigidos a una mujer moderna y autónoma –que comenzaba a incorporarse al mercado laboral o estudios universitarios– pero no olvidaba los valores tradicionales: religión, familia, hogar.
Fijándonos en el desajuste entre la difusión del imaginario doméstico en los medios especializados y éstos, analizar la recepción de ese imaginario y sondear su aceptación o no puede arrojar luz y acaso ofrecer una ‘historia complementaria’ quizá más ajustada a la realidad del interior doméstico español de la segunda mitad del siglo XX.},
abstract = {Telva -considering its publications before Dunia first appears- was the only Spanish magazine directed by and for a female audience. Others fade to nothingness, while Telva had correspondents in various foreign cities who reported the latest trends in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. In the image of the most important foreign "feminine press" included content aimed at a modern and autonomous woman -who were beginning to enter the labor force or university studies- but did not forget the traditional values: religion, family, and home. 
Considering the mismatch between the diffusion of the domestic imaginary in the specialized and alternative media, the latter is visibly part of our societies. Analyzing the reception of this imaginary and probing its acceptance or not can shed light on this mismatch. Perhaps offering a 'complementary history' more adjusted to the reality of the Spanish domestic interior of the second half of the twentieth century.},
