abstract = {Este artículo condensa y expone parte de la experiencia en gestión del patrimonio
arqueológico inmueble acumulada por la autora en el marco de su trabajo en los
servicios provinciales y centrales de la Consejería de Cultura de la Junta de Andalucía y
en el Laboratorio del Paisaje del Instituto Andaluz del Patrimonio Histórico (IAPH).
La propuesta desarrollada puede entenderse como un procedimiento que, además de
ofrecer estrategias para la preservación y valorización del patrimonio cultural a través
de la ordenación urbanística, puede servir como apoyo para enfocar su gestión en el
ámbito municipal, teniendo en cuenta las siguientes cuestiones: La variedad tipológica
de los inmuebles de interés patrimonial -que la propia Ley 14/2007, de 26 de
noviembre, de Patrimonio Histórico de Andalucía, somete a distintos regímenes de
protección-, las distintas situaciones urbanísticas en que suelen encontrarse los suelos
que albergan esos bienes y, consecuentemente, la complejidad a la hora de establecer
herramientas para su tutela y gestión. La combinación de estos factores hace que sea
necesario normalizar el tratamiento que el planeamiento urbanístico debe otorgar a los
bienes culturales en el marco de la gestión municipal, con el fin de apostar por una
tutela más eficaz de los mismos que sea, al mismo tiempo, compatible con los recursos
disponibles.},
abstract = {This paper summarizes the experience on the management of immovable archaeological
heritage achieved by the author within the framework of the central and provincial
services of the Andalusian Regional Government’ Cultural Department and the
Laboratory of Landscape of the Andalusian Historical Heritage Institute (IAPH).
The proposal developed might be understood as a procedure that, apart from offering
strategies for the protection and valuation of cultural heritage through urban planning, it
can be useful as a support to approach its management at municipal level, taking into
account the following questions: The typological variety of properties of heritage value
–which the 14/2007 Law, of 26th November, of Historical Heritage of Andalusia,
submits to different protection rules-, the different urban situations of the grounds that
support these properties and, subsequently, the complexity to provide tools for its
guardianship and management. Due to the combination of these diverse aspects, it is
necessary to normalize the treatment that urban planning must give to cultural properties
within the municipal management in order to bet for its more effective guardianship,
ensuring the compatibility between Historical Heritage protection and the available
resources.},
