Dropping the usual assumption of renormalizability has several phenomenological consequences for the production and decay of the heavy quarks and also for Higgs physics. The most dramatic effects, including those associated with a long lifetime, occur for vector-like quarks with non-standard quantum numbers.}, organization = {Our work has been supported by the Spanish MINECO project FPA2016- 78220-C3-1-P (Fondos FEDER) and the Junta de Andalucía grant FQM101.}, publisher = {Springer Nature}, keywords = {Beyond Standard Model}, keywords = {Effective Field Theories}, title = {Vector-like quarks with non-renormalizable interactions}, doi = {10.1007/JHEP01(2020)057}, author = {Criado, J.
