abstract = {En este artículo proponemos una lectura del suicidio en la obra de
Alejandra Pizarnik con un enfoque metatextual y retórico. Atendiendo
al contexto literario en que se gesta su obra, su herencia romántica y
surrealista, analizamos las diversas manifestaciones del suicidio, sus
implicaciones textuales y las repercusiones de esto en el lenguaje. A partir
de lo anterior establecemos un vínculo entre la obra de Alejandra Pizarnik
y una de las neovanguardias latinoamericanas coetáneas, el neobarroco,
sobre la base de la elipsis, la hipertelia y el disfraz.},
abstract = {This article proposes an interpretation of suicide in Alejandra Pizarnik
with a metatextual and rhetorical focus. Drawing on the literary context
of her work (its romantic and surrealistic heritages), the essay explores
different expressions of suicide, their textual implications, and the impact
of this issues on language itself. As a result, a link is established between
Pizarnik’s oeuvre and one of her contemporary neo-avant-gardes, the
neo-baroque, which is based on the use of ellipsis, excess, and disguise.},
