abstract = {En la encrucijada entre vida y obra en Julio Cortázar, apunto a examinar a
través de la figura del viaje, esa tensión, ese ritmo, que se tiende desde lo mismo
hacia lo otro. Por eso indago no tan solo el viaje en su materialidad o en su
concreción imaginaria o ficcional, sino también su funcionalidad productiva
en tanto que operador discursivo y esquema narrativo; el viaje como mirada y
como caracterización de un interrogante frente a un enigma que atrae el deseo
de búsqueda. El tránsito del viaje, de la vida, de la escritura y/o de la lectura, no
son movimientos perpetuos, están atravesados por detenciones. El nomadismo de
Julio Cortázar conlleva la exigencia de situar estaciones en las que se busca refugio
reparador, la vida pensada como tránsito es un intervalo entre dos infinitudes
eternas, pero si bien el destino de muerte es ineludible, ello no supone una constante
movilidad, hay estancias en las moradas que, de tanto en tanto, suspenden las
errancias. Hay un Cortázar que lee y escribe desde posiciones diferentes: crítico,
profesor, teórico, traductor, narrador y poeta, entre otras variantes intermedias;
cada una de ellas tiene especificidades diferentes y adoptan intensidad diversas
de acuerdo con cada instancia de su vida. La periodización que divide la vida y
la obra de Julio Cortázar en seis etapas, es una aproximación crítica con la que
pretendo un abordaje a su poética desde una perspectiva diferente, considerando
tanto los viajes como las diversas funcionalidades de las operaciones de leer y
escribir que caracterizan cada período. Mi propuesta de pensar la obra y la vida
en Julio Cortázar como una encrucijada dividida en seis períodos tienen como
objetivo primordial establecer ejes en torno de los cuales sea posible aproximarse
a una cierta especificidad diferencial que caracterice a cada una de ellas, tanto
los tránsitos, viajes y escritura, como las estancias, los volúmenes de su obra y la
conformación de las bibliotecas de acuerdo con los usos privilegiados que Cortázar
les dio en cada una de esas etapas.},
abstract = {At the crossroads between life and work in Julio Cortázar, I aim to examine
through the figure of the journey, that tension, that rhythm, that extends from
the same to the other. So I read critically not only in the materiality or imaginary
or fictional realization of the trip, but also their productive function as discursive
operator and narrative scheme; the journey as a way of looking and characterization
of a question to confront an enigma that attracts the desire to search. The transit
of journey, of life, of writing and / or reading, are not perpetual movements, they
are interrupted by stops. The nomadism of Julio Cortázar entails the requirement
to locate stations where restorative refuge is sought, the life meant as transit is an
interval between two eternal infinities, but while the fate of death is unavoidable
, it is not a constant movement , there are stays in the dwellings that, from time
to time, put a stop to the wanderings. There’s Cortázar that reads and writes
from different positions: critic, teacher, theorist, translator, narrator and poet,
among other intermediate variants; this positions has different specificities and
takes varied intensity according to each instance of his life. The periodization that
divides the life and work of Julio Cortázar in six stages, is a critical approach that
I intend to tackle with his poetics from a different perspective, considering the
journeys and the various functionalities of the operations of reading and writing
that characterized each period. My proposal to deal with the work and life in Julio
Cortázar as a crossroads divided into six periods are primarily intended to establish
axes around which it is possible to approach a certain differential specificity that
characterizes each of them, both transits, journeys and writing, as well as the stays,
the volumes of his work and the creation of libraries according to the privileged
uses Cortázar gave to them in each of these stages.},
