abstract = {El liderazgo educativo exitoso de la dirección se sitúa en la actualidad como el segundo factor más influyentes en la mejora de resultados académicos del alumnado. Con el fin de buscar vías alternativas de formación del liderazgo educativo exitoso de directivos educativos, se plantea como objetivo comprobar la influencia que tiene, en el propio liderazgo educativo que se ejerce, la ocupación del puesto de capitán en algún equipo o no y la autopercepción de la influencia que ha tenido la práctica de actividad físico-deportiva (AFD) a lo largo de la vida en su propio liderazgo. Para tal fin se diseñó un estudio transversal con una muestra representativa (n=290) de directivos andaluces contemplando a directores y jefes de estudios. Las medidas de liderazgo educativo exitoso (LiEdEx), así como las medidas de AFD se obtuvieron mediante un cuestionario ad-hoc: “C-LiEdEx-AFD”. Como principales resultados, por un lado, se destaca que el 70,7% de los directivos que han sido capitán en algún momento de su vida, consideran que la práctica de AFD les ha influido entre bastante y mucho en el liderazgo que ejercen, y por otro, que se encuentran diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p<.05) entre las variables de autopercepción de influencia de la AFD en su liderazgo y el propio LiEdEx, y entre la ocupación del puesto de capitán y el LiEdEx desarrollado, siendo los directivos que han sido capitán en algún momento de su vida, así como los directivos que consideran que la AFD les ha influido mucho en su liderazgo, los que obtienen mejores índices de LiEdEx.},
abstract = {The successful educational leadership of the management is currently the second most influential factor in the improvement of the academic results of the students. In order to find alternative ways of training successful educational leadership of educational managers, the aim is to verify the influence that has, in the educational leadership that is exercised, the occupation of the position of captain in a team or not and self-perception of the influence that the practice of physical activity and sport (PAS) has had throughout life in its own leadership. For this purpose, a cross-sectional study was designed with a representative sample (n=290) of Andalusian managers contemplating directors and heads of studies. The successful educational leadership measures (LiEdEx) as well as the PAS measures were obtained through an ad-hoc questionnaire: "C-LiEdEx-AFD". As main results, on the one hand, it is highlighted that 70.7% of managers who have been captain at some point in their life, consider that the practice of AFD has influenced them much and much in the LiEdEx they exercise, and On the other, there are statistically significant differences (p <.05) between the variables of self-perception of influence of the PAS in its leadership and the LiEdEx itself, and between the occupation of the captain's position and the developed LiEdEx, with the directors being they have been captain at some point in their lives, as well as the managers who consider that the PAS has influenced them a lot in their leadership, those who obtain better indexes of LiEdEx.},
