abstract = {España ha registrado, durante las últimas décadas, las transformaciones más significativas relacionadas con las rupturas matrimoniales. Desde la reaparición de la posibilidad legal de ruptura, hasta sustanciales reformas en época más reciente, relacionadas con la Ley 15/2005. Este proceso ha sucedido sin un análisis de la incidencia de las reformas legales sobre la propia evolución de las rupturas, que es el objetivo principal de este trabajo. Utilizando los datos disponibles en el Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) y el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) se analizan las tendencias de las rupturas. Se concluye que las variaciones en las rupturas se han producido, en gran medida, de forma ajena a la introducción de reformas legales, si bien es cierto que las reformas tienen una incidencia relevante, aunque temporal.},
abstract = {During last decades, Spain has registered the most significant
transformations related to marital ruptures. Law 15/2005 has had
a special effect with regard to substantial modifications in legal
procedings. Therefore, the main objective of the present work is to
analyse its incidence on ruptures data.
Using data from the General Council of the Judiciary and the National
Institute of Statistics, we have concluded that variations in ruptures
(absolute numbers and rates) have occurred, largely, aside the arrival of
this legal reform, being its incidence of a limited and temporary nature.},
