abstract = {The analysis of the Roman public administration is still waiting to be studied in depth. In fact, the connection between Roman and present administrative law exists, although it is true that "there is no science of administrative law in Rome, in that it was not the subject of theoretical speculation by Roman jurists. We must wait until the nineteenth century so that an administrative law can be discussed in a technical sense, on the basis of the principles of the French Revolution, and we must also wait until the XIX so that we can talk about a science of administrative law.},
