abstract = {El artículo que presentamos tiene como objetivo determinar cómo se problematiza la noción de diversidad cultural en el contexto escolar. Desde la construcción de una noción particular del término, se muestran dos escenarios de producción de discurso en los que hemos observado cómo se gestiona la diversidad cultural y se construyen diferencias: por un lado, el escenario normativo (relativo a la legislación escolar) y por otro el del discurso profesional (elaborado por el profesorado). Consideramos que, en la escuela, la retórica igualitaria lleva a decir que se promueve la diversidad (como si ella no fuera una condición), pero las prácticas, incluidas las discursivas y normativas, hablan de construir y organizar las diferencias. La trampa estaría en que cuando se habla de diversidad se está haciendo alusión realmente a las diferencias que fundamentan sistemas clasificatorios, antesala de la construcción de desigualdades.},
abstract = {The article that we present aims to determine how the notion of cultural diversity is problematized in the school context. From the construction of a particular notion of the term, two scenarios of discourse production are shown in which we have observed how cultural diversity is managed and how differences are built. On the one hand, the normative scenario (related to school legislation) and on the other the professional discourse (made by the teaching staff). We consider that, in school, egalitarian rhetoric leads to say that diversity is promoted (as if it were not a condition), but practices, including discursive and normative, talk about building and organizing differences. The trap would be that when we talk about diversity we are really referring to the differences that underpin classificatory systems, which in turn are a prelude to the construction of inequalities.},
