La palabra “innovación” hoy adquiere protagonismo en la intervención, en particular, y para la estructuración de los Estados y las relaciones políticas, en general. Los Derechos Humanos y su derivación en sociales arrostran tales dificultades, tales presiones estructurales, que quienes los defienden han de mantener una actitud que parezca innovadora. Es la clave con la que se presupone credibilidad dentro del culto a lo inmediato que nos envuelve hoy. Defender los derechos de las personas es recoger un testigo humanizador que toma por referente la dignidad humana. Siempre que se ha tenido esta actitud han mejorado las relaciones en sociedad. Está en el fundamento de los Estados de Bienestar, estableciendo reglas que han mejorado el acceso al reparto de las riquezas, objetivando normas y derechos en el espacio público. Si nos situamos historiográficamente en el siglo XIX encontraremos una perspectiva que fue reformadora e innovadora en el pasado y que mantiene su fuerza revolucionaria en el presente: ajustar el ángulo de visión desde la dignidad y sentido integral de la persona humana. Discurrir así, tiene capacidad para mejorar las intervenciones y para objetivar normas para hacer viable la justicia social y con ello orientar la práctica del Trabajo Social hacia la promoción de las personas y colectivos más vulnerables de la sociedad. Llevaremos la atención sobre esta forma de discurso que recoge cierto legado humanista que encamina a construir un mundo más sostenible.}, abstract = {It is well known that Social Work defends the person’s autonomy thus favouring the incorporation in the environment and improving her-his opportunities. Nowadays, the word "innovation" acquires a key role in the structure of the States and political relations, particularly, in relation to intervention. Since human and social rights are always dealing with difficulties and structural pressures, those who defend these rights must have a constant innovative attitude. This attitude being the key point so as to achieve credibility within this current cult of the immediacy. So as to defend human rights, it is necessary to assume a humanising perspective having human dignity as referent, thus improving relationships in society. This is also found within the foundation of Welfare States, establishing rules that have improved the access to a fairer distribution of the wealth, targeting procedures and rights guaranteed in the public politics. A special way of looking is required to discover this line of continuity between past, present and future. The suggestions which are created "from the individual" orientated to promote social, economic, political and juridical structures "to the human beings" appear with an innovative potential, gathering a certain humanistic legacy that leads to build a more sustainable world.}, publisher = {Universidad de Granada}, keywords = {Derechos Humanos}, keywords = {innovación}, keywords = {Estado de Bienestar}, keywords = {Human Rights}, keywords = {innovation}, keywords = {Welfare State}, title = {Los derechos humanos y los sociales, susceptibles de permanente reinvención: una mirada innovadora desde el presente en sintonía con el pasado}, doi = {https://dx.doi/10.30827/tsg-gsw.v8i0.6584}, author = {Lacalzada-de-Mateo, María José}, }
