abstract = {El profesorado de secundaria en España, con motivo de la Reforma educativa, vive un proceso de reconversión profesional, sentido como una grave crisis de identidad profesional (Esteve et al., 1995). Analizar sus causas, en estos momentos de cambio social y educativo, es una tarea necesaria para establecer vías futuras de solución. En este paper se presentan los resultados de una investigación, llevada a cabo en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Granada, por el Grupo de Investigación "Force". La investigación documenta y analiza los efectos de la crisis de identidad (Dubar, 2000), y dilucida las estrategias para reconstruir la identidad de este grupo profesional. La metodología empleada consiste en diez entrevistas en profundidad (Kelchtermans, 1994) a profesores/as sobre tres focos de interés (trayectoria, identidad profesional, vivencia actual del ejercicio profesional). Elaborado un primer Informe, es sometido a análisis y validación por varios "focus groups" (Morgan, 1997).},
abstract = {Secondary school teachers in Spain, due to the recent educational reform, are undergoing a process of professional reconversion, experienced as a serious professional identity crisis (Esteve et al., 1995). Analyzing the causes of the crisis, at this time of social and educational change, is a necessary task in order to establish paths to future solutions. In this paper, the results are presented of a study that was carried out in the Education Department at the University of Granada by the Research Group FORCE. The study documents and analyzes the effects of the identity crisis (Dubar, 2000), and explains strategies for reconstructing the identity of this professional group. The methodology used consists of ten in-depth interviews (Kelchtermans, 1994) with teachers about three main areas of interest (trajectory, professional identity, current professional situation).
