abstract = {El presente estudio se propone descubrir cómo afecta la jubilación en la satisfacción con la vida  y la autoestima. Un total de 26 jubilados, mitad jubilados recientes y mitad jubilados de más de 3 años, fueron evaluados con el SWLS y la Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los jubilados recientes tienen menor satisfacción con la vida y menor autoestima que los jubilados de más de 3 años. Aunque los resultados descubren como afecta la jubilación en la satisfacción y la autoestima de manera muy significativa hay que tener precaución a la hora de interpretar esto ya que la muestra era pequeña y algunos jubilados tuvieron problemas para rellenar los cuestionarios debido a la edad.},
abstract = {This study aims to determine how retirement affects life satisfaction and self-esteem. A total of 26 retirees, half of them recent retirees and half retired for over three years, were evaluated with SWLS and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The results show that recent retirees have lower life satisfaction and lower self-esteem those retired for over 3 years. Although the results show how retirement affects the satisfaction and self-esteem very significantly, we must be careful in analyzing this, because the sample was small and some retirees had problems completing the surveys due to their age.},
