abstract = {La investigación sobre la formación del profesorado, y particularmente aquella referida a los profesores noveles es muy abundante. Aunque en las últimas décadas, la educación musical ha entrado a formar parte de marco de investigación formal, apenas hay trabajos específicos sobre cómo los músicos, que se han formado como intérpretes, compositores o directores, afrontan la enseñanza en un conservatorio como su profesión.
La intención de este estudio es mostrar las percepciones de estos profesores noveles en cuanto a cómo aprenden a enseñar y cómo afrontan los retos que se les plantean en sus inicios docentes. La información que presentamos se ha obtenido por medio de entrevistas mantenidas con varios profesores de diferentes conservatorios andaluces, y cuyas opiniones singulares y particulares crean una visión amplia, variada y contrastante de la enseñanza de la música desde el punto de vista de los protagonistas.},
abstract = {Research in teacher education, and particularly regarding beginning teachers, is well documented with many studies. Over the past decades, music education has been included within this framework of formal research, but nevertheless, there is barely specific investigation about how musicians, who have been trained as performers, composers or conductors, approach teaching at a conservatoire as their profession.
The intention of this study is to illuminate the perceptions held by these beginning music teachers regarding how they learn to be teachers, and to address concerns that arise from their practical experience. The report we present here includes information gathered by means of in-depth interviews given to several teachers in different Andalusian music conservatoires, and whose singular and particular opinions create a broad, varied and contrasting view of the music teaching from the perspective of those people involved in this process.},
